Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female bodybuilder in the second portion of 2010. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family back in 1984. Although her father worked as a bodybuilder the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before including basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card after winning her first NPC USA Championships 2014. But she started competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally was her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked 4th. However, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a absence from her sport because of health concerns.
